We usually process orders within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping costs and delivery times
- Belgium: €9.00 · usually 1–3 working days
- The Netherlands, France and Germany: €16.00 · usually 2–5 working days
Free shipping on orders of €60.00 or more to Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery to other countries is available on request. Please contact us before ordering via the contact form or info@dukeandduchess.be, so that we can confirm the options and shipping costs.
Returns
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are not reimbursed by Duke & Duchess BV.
How to return an item
- Email info@dukeandduchess.be with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will send you return instructions.
- Return the product in its original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days.
Exclusions
Opened candles or fragrance products cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or damaged.
